ROOF CONDITION INSPECTION
The purpose of this inspection was to provide a detailed assessment of the overall roof condition of a residential block on behalf of a property management company. Particular attention was given to the two roof lanterns, five skylights and various roof outlets, alongside the general pitched roof covering. The inspection documented the condition of these key areas and identified any visible defects or maintenance concerns requiring further attention.
ROOF CONDITION INSPECTION
The purpose of this inspection was to undertake a systematic assessment of the condition of the flat roof coverings across the properties in accordance with the client’s annual insurance requirements. Each roof area was divided into clearly defined zones to ensure comprehensive and methodical coverage. All accessible sections were visually assessed and documented, providing the client with a detailed record of the roof condition at the time of inspection and identifying any visible areas of concern requiring further attention.
ROOF CONDITION INSPECTION

The inspection assessed the overall condition of the pitched roof coverings and bitumen flat roof areas, including visible defects, signs of deterioration and general maintenance requirements. INSURANCE INSPECTION
AeroSurvey Solutions was instructed to undertake a comprehensive inspection of a large flat roof to support the client’s insurance requirements. The client required an independent assessment and documented evidence of the roof’s current condition in order to obtain insurance cover. The inspection provided a detailed visual assessment of the roof covering, identifying its general condition and any visible defects or areas requiring further attention.
MISCELLANEOUS INSPECTION
AeroSurvey Solutions was instructed to investigate the likely source of water ingress affecting two specific areas of the property. As the property was located within a restricted flight zone, the required flight authorisation was successfully obtained within seven days of the initial request. The drone inspection identified and documented areas of concern that could potentially be contributing to the reported water ingress, providing the client with clear aerial evidence to support further investigation and remedial works.
