ROOF CONDITION INSPECTION
The client engaged AeroSurvey Solutions to assess the overall condition of the roof as they were considering whether a full replacement was necessary. AeroSurvey Solutions attended and completed a full condition inspection, identifying the areas where water ingress was occurring. The inspection confirmed that leaks were entering around the chimney breast area, and these findings were documented in a clear condition report for the client.
QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTION
The client requested a quality assurance inspection from AeroSurvey Solutions following recent roofing works completed at the property. AeroSurvey Solutions attended and identified several areas of snagging along with additional defects that indicated poor workmanship. A detailed quality assurance inspection report was produced, outlining the issues found and advising the client on the appropriate corrective actions.
